I've never danced before. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Our adult classes are built for both new and experienced dancers, and for anyone returning to dance after time away. You'll learn the fundamentals step by step in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
Do I have to perform in a show?
No. Adult recreational classes do not perform in the year-end shows — you're here to move, learn and enjoy yourself, with zero recital pressure.
Is dance a good workout for staying active?
Yes. Dance builds strength, balance, coordination and flexibility, and many styles offer low-impact options — a fun, sociable way to stay active at any age.
What should I wear to my first class?

Where is the studio located?
We're at 1430 boul. Hymus in Dorval, in Montreal's West Island — easy to reach with free on-site parking.
