How does it work?

Who qualifies?
Dancers registered in 2 or more classes in our preschool, recreational or adult programs. Competitive program classes don't count toward IM/PACT.

What is the benefit of the IM/PACT program for my dancer?
Dancers enrolled in 2 or more classes build confidence faster, connect more deeply with music and movement, and feel even more at home in the studio. Taking multiple classes is ideal for dancers who want to grow more quickly, become versatile performers, explore something new, or simply enjoy dancing a little longer each week. IM/PACT is the ideal program for this kind of growth.
What if my child isn't ready for more?
No problem at all — some dancers are ready right away, and others grow into it. IM/PACT is here when they're ready to take that next step.
Won't it be too much for them?
We design our classes to complement each other — dancers actually get more confident, not more overwhelmed, when they move more often. And if ever it's too much, we adjust. No pressure.
Will they feel left out if they're only in one class?
Not at all. Every dancer is valued. IM/PACT just gives us a way to recognize the extra commitment some dancers are ready for — it's not about comparison, it's about celebrating growth.
What does my dancer actually get?
They get real moments of recognition — their name on the wall, a mid-season check-in with our team (ages 9+), performance opportunities that go beyond the regular show. But what parents notice most isn't on the list. It's how their child walks into the studio on week eight compared to week one.
How do I know this is worth it for my kid?
You'll see it — in their excitement, in their growing confidence, in how they talk about their instructors, in the friendships they're building across classes, in the way they walk into the studio like it's their place. IM/PACT doesn't create that. But it's our commitment to nurturing it.
Early on, we saw how passionate my daughters were in class and how quickly they picked up the moves — that's when we knew it was time to sign them up for more.
